• 1 Tbls butter
• 1/2 onion
• 3/4 lb shrimp
• 3 ripe tomatoes
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1/2 cup clam juice
• parsley
• thyme
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/3 cup white wine
• 2 Tbls vinegar
• 2 Tbls grated onions
• Shrimp stock
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 8 pieces of butter
• 3/4 lb crab meat
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbs white wine
