Pineapple-Kiwi Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño pepper
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir together first 5 ingredients; add salt to taste.
