Hamburger Skillet Casserole

• 1 lb Hamburger meat
• 3/4 cup Green Pepper
• 3/4 cup Celery
• 1/2 cup Onion
• egg noodles
• V8 Juice
• 2 Cans if cream of mushroom

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the above ingredients together in an electric skillet. Drain grease.

On top spread 1 large package of thin egg noodles and then pour 3 cups of V-8 juice over them.

Cover with 2 cans of Mushroom soup.

Simmer for 30 minutes – make sure it lightly boils.
