Ingredients
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbs. Flour, rounded
- 4 Cups Apples, diced
- 1 Tbs. Flour

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the egg, sour cream, sugar, 2 Tbs. flour and cinnamon. Mix in the apples. Pour into an unbaked 9" pie shell. Combine brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and butter until crumbly. Cover top with crumbs and bake at 400 degrees until the apples are soft and the crust is brown.
