Brie Cheese with Sundried Tomatoes & Garlic
- Brie cheese – whatever size wheel you need
- 3 garlic cloves – finely chopped
- 1 jar sun dried tomatoes in oil – julienned if you can find them, well drained
- Baguette or crackers
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 30mins
Preheat oven to 350º
Place cheese in oven proof dish.
Cover with chopped garlic and sundried tomatoes.
Cover dish with foil or a lid as the tomatoes tend to burn easily.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is starting to soften.
Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
