Gramma Ida's Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1 pound round steak
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 1-2 teaspoons mustard
• 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1 cup hot beef bouillon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut steak into strips; brown
2. Remove from pan
3. Add bouillon and bring to a boil
4. Add tomato sauce, sour cream, mustard, worchester
shire sauce and meat
5. Simmer until tender, about 1 1/2 hours
