- 5 or 6 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 8 oz container of sour cream
- 2 Tbsp poppyseeds
- 1 stick butter
- 1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers (crushed)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix chicken, soup and sour cream.
If too dry use another can of soup. Put mixture into a buttered casserole dish and top with crackers that have been mixed with melted butter.
Bake until bubbly. (approx 30-45 mins.
