Ingredients

  • Goya Bean shelf –
  • 15 oz can black eyed peas – drain
  • 15 oz can of black beans – rinse & drain
  • 15 oz can of corn
  • 4 oz diced jalapeno peppers (2 oz for less spicy)
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 4 chopped plum tomatoes (scoop & discard the seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Mix everything in a bowl. Pour on ½ to 1 cup Italian style salad dressing. Chill
