Ingredients

• Icing:
• 1 cup Shortening
• 3 Eggs
• 3 cups Brown Sugar
• 3 1/2 Cup Flour
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 Tsp Salt
• 1/8 Tsp Cinnamon
• 1 Tsp Soda
• 1 Pkg Powdered Sugar
• 2 Tsp Vanilla
• 1 stick Margarine (melted)
• 1 Egg

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening and brown sugar. Than add the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350˚ for 12 – 15 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE! Cookies will still look doughy in the middle but will harden after taken out of the oven.

Icing

Mix together. If stiff add milk. Can make any color.

Ice cookies when cool.
