  • 1 lb of Ground Beef
  • 1 – 16 oz can Refried Beans
  • 1 Pkg Taco Mix (envelope)
  • 1 small can Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard


Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 15mins


Step 1

Brown meat and drain off grease. Add other ingredients and stir until well mixed. Cook for a few minutes.

Put in serving dish and cover with 1 small carton sour cream that has ¼ tsp chili powder mixed in it. Top with grated cheese.

Serve hot or cold.
