Ingredients

  • 24 oz Hash Browns (frozen)
  • 2 cups Grated Cheese
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 Tbl Minced Onion
  • Topping
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes
  • 1/4 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw hash browns and squeeze out excess water and then add cheese.

In a different bowl mix everything else together then add to hash browns and cheese. Place in baking dish.


Topping:

Melt butter and then mix with corn flakes and place on top of the hash brown mixture.

Bake at 350˚ for 1 hour.
