Potato Chip Chicken
- Boneless, skinless chicken tenders or chicken breasts cut
- into strips
- Potato chips (all one kind or mixed) crushed fine
- Salt, pepper, and garlic salt
- Lawry's seasoned salt (optional)
Soak chicken in cold salt water 30 minutes to one hour.
Crush potato chips (I use food processor), and add
seasonings, but not too much.
Melt butter in large bowl, Dip chicken in butter and then dip chicken into potato chips.
Place in casserole dish (9x13) or aluminum pan (greased). Place pieces close together.
Bake uncovered to 35 minutes at 450 or until crust forms on top.
