Lime Salsa Verde

• 2/3 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
• 2/3 cup sliced scallion greens, dark part
• 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup drained capers
• 1 lime
• 1/2 cup EVOO
• Black Pepper

Step 1

Mix coarsely chopped cilantro, scallion greens, jalapeno, capers, grated zest and juice of 1 lime, 1/2 cup oil and blend well, season with pepper.
