Baked salmon filets

Ingredients

  • 4-4 oz salmon filet
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/3 c diced green onion
  • 2 T orange marmalade
  • 1 T orange juice
  • salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place salmon filets skin side down on greased baking pan
Bake in a 425* oven for 12-15 mins.

Meanwhile in a small saucepan heat oil, add garlic and green onion saute 2-3 mins. until soft

Stir in marmalade, orange juice, salt and pepper. Heat over low heat to keep warm
Drizzle over filets.
