Ingredients
- 5 pounds green beans
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 Jalapeno peppers diced
- 2 whole chili peppers
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 pieces of dill
- 1 tsp mustard seed
Preparation
Step 1
Brine
Heat the salt,vinegar, and water.
Place the beans.peppers,garlic,dill and mustard seed in sterilized jars. Pour brine over the beans. Then boil for 10 min. Take jars out of water, let cool. Then store away.
