Holiday Sweet Potatoes

Aunt Jean's awesome recipe

Ingredients

• TOPPING:
• 3 c. mased sweet potatoes
• 2 eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1/3 c. melted butter
• 1/3 c. flour
• 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first set of ingredients thoroughly and place in 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Smooth mixture out in pan. Next, pour butter into flour and add the rest of the topping ingredients. Spread the topping over the sweet potato mixture before putting casserole in the oven to bake. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. or till topping is light brown.
