Stuffed flounder with crab

  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 TBS Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Paprika
  • White wine
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic chopped



Step 1

S&P fish
Sauté onions, celery, pepper, garlic in butter
Add crab, breadcrumbs, 1tsp lemon juice
Put mixture on fillet and roll and place in buttered dish
Add pats of butter, drizzle white wine, lemon juice and paprika

Bake 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes til golden
