Baked chicken with spinach. GOOD

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 4 boneless chicken breasts
• Milk for dipping
• 1/2 cup green onions or sub.
• 2 Tsb. Butter
• 2 Tsb. Flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 pk 10oz frozen chopped Spinich thawed

Step 1

Preheat oven 400 bake 45 min

Combine crumbs & cheese. Put milk into bowl for dipping.
Dip chicken into milk , then into crumbs.
Arrange on non stick foil lined pan.
In pan sauté onions in butter until tender,Add flour, stir well, Add milk Cook until thick, and bubbly
Stir inspinich cook ome min longer.
set aside.
Spoon Spinich mix over chicken,covering all
.
Bake uncovered 400 deg for 40-45 min
