Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 Cup Margarine
- 1 Cup Water
- 3 Tbs. Cocoa
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk or Sour Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Margarine
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 3 1/2 to 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Cocoa
- 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine, water, and cocoa. Add to dry ingredients and beat well. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely. Spread cake with 1 1/2 cups peanut butter blended with 1 tsp. oil. Icing: Melt margarine, cocoa and milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add vanilla and powdered sugar.
