  • 1 med. Bottle of Maraschino cherries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 envelope gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 3 tab. Lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 9 oz. container whipped topping
  • 2 baked pie shells or graham cracker shells

Step 1

Cut cherries in thirds; chop nuts. Soften gelatin in ¼ cup water. Drain pineapple and cherries but reserve liquid. Heat liquid from pineapple and cherries with lemon juice. Pour over gelatin, stir till dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Mix condensed milk with pineapple, add cherries, then gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped topping and nuts. Pour mixture into pie shells. Refrig until set.
