Panko Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 gallon sized ziploc bag
  • 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 bone-in chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine breadcrumbs and cheese in ziploc bag. In a bowl, beat egg with soy sauce. Meanwhile, melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Dip a chicken breast into egg mixture, then place in bag and shake to coat. Place chicken breast skin-side down in baking dish. Repeat with other chicken breasts. Bake 20 minutes. Turn breasts over, and bake 20 minutes more, or until golden brown.
