Ingredients
- 2 lbs. round steak
- 1 med. onion
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- Garlic powder to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut steak and onion into strips and place in pressure cooker. Blend the rest of the ingredients and pour over steak. Cook for 20 minutes in pressure cooker after cooker has sealed.
