Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 pkgs lemon Jello (3 oz)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 egg well beaten
  • 4 oz Cool Whip
  • Garnish:
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine lemon jello, boiling water, pineapple juice; pour into 13x9 inch pan. Add banana slices. Top with marshmallows. Let set. Combine topping ingredients except for Cool Whip; cook in saucepan until thick. Let mixture cool then fold in Cool Whip. Spread on set jello. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
