Ingredients
- 6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Red Peppers, sliced
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
- 2 Jalapeños, sliced
- 8 Ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 2 Cloves of garlic, minced
- 12 Ounces Jar of Tomatillo salsa
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour mixture over the top of the chicken
Cook in your crockpot on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours
