Ingredients
- 1 c. unsalted butter, softened 2 c. unbleached flour
- 5 tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 c. crushed pecans
- 1 tbsp water 1 1/2 powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In stand mixer or food processor, cream the butter.
Preheat oven 350
Add sugar, vanilla & water, mix @ med. Speed until mixed
Sift flour & salt together. At low speed, stir in butter mix
Add pecans & mix at low speed
Using potions the size of a small walnut, roll into crescent shape. Place about 2” apart onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes until lite brown
Let stand 4 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar
Cool, then roll again
About 50 cookies
