Pomegranate Spritzer

Prosecco is a sparkling wine from Italy. Other sparkling wines work well in this spritzer too. Look for bottles labeled "brut" or "extra dry" for the least-sweet options.

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp 100% pomegranate juice or cranberry juice, chilled
• Splash of Contreau, Grand Marnier, or other orange liqueur (about 1/2 tsp

Step 1

1. For each spritzer, in a small tumbler or champagne flute, place pomegranate juice and Contreau. fill glass wtih Prosecco or sparkling wine.

NOTE: Some pomegranate juices are filtered to be clear and some come in their natural state; either type works in this recipe.
