Super Simple Wings

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 wings, cut in half at joints, wing tips removed and discarded

Preparation

Step 1

1In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder and onion powder. Stir to dissolve the sugar.


2Place the wings in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the lemon juice mixture into the bag, close the bag, and shake to coat the wings. Refrigerate for 2 hours or as long as overnight.

3Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for direct cooking. Place the wings on the grill and cook, turning frequently, for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
