- 1 whole Sweet Onion, Cored
- 1 pinch Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch Coarse Ground Pepper
- 1 pinch Granulated Beef Bouillon
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Double up a 12-inch size aluminum foil. Place the cored onion on the foil and sprinkle the garlic powder and pepper over the onion. Sprinkle the beef bouillon inside the core of the onion. Drizzle the olive oil and Worcestershire sauce over the onion.
Fold up and wrap the foil closed tight and bake in the 375°F oven for approximately 45 minutes. Using a potholder or thick glove, squeeze the foil-covered onion for softness. Then it’s ready.
