Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of shrimp or 1 lb. of crawfish
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1, 4 oz. package of cream cheese (1/3 reduced fat)
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn with liquid

Step 1

Saute onion & bell pepper in a little butter then combine ingredients and cook until shrimp are tender.
