Ingredients
- 1 lb. of shrimp or 1 lb. of crawfish
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 1 can Rotel
- 1, 4 oz. package of cream cheese (1/3 reduced fat)
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn with liquid

Step 1
Saute onion & bell pepper in a little butter then combine ingredients and cook until shrimp are tender.
