- 1 each green and red bell pepper sliced
- 1/4 c water
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning mix
- shredded provolone mix
- hoagie rolls

Step 1
-combine ingredients in skillet over med heat. sprikle 1 cup shredded cheese mixture over beef mixture. cover with lid and simmer 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
serve on hoagies
