Coffee Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients

  • 170gr flour
  • 55gr soft butter (or margarine)
  • 65gr icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 teaspoons espresso

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the egg with the butter, the icing sugar and the coffee.

Add the flour and mix until the dough is creamy.

Put the mixture into a pastry bag with a star nozzle and shape the biscuits as you prefer (or you can drop the dough onto the baking sheet covered with baking paper with a spoon).

Bake in the preheated oven to 340-355°F for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Let cool on a rack.
