Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3 medium sweet onions - sliced
- 8 ounces of fresh mushrooms - sliced
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 5 oz can of evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 6-8 slices of french bread - cut 1/2" thick
- 6-8 thin slices of swiss cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, melt butter, over medium heat. Saute onions and mushrooms.
Place cooked onions and mushrooms in a 12 X 7.5 x 2 pan. Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top.
Combine the soup, milk, and soy sauce. Pour over cheese. Top with bread and cheese slices.
Cover and refrigerate for four hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Bake loosely covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes longer or until heated through.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
