chewy p.butter and choc. chip cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter soft.
• 1/2 cup p.butter
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tab. corn syrup
• 2 tab. water
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 and 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cups semisweet chips

beat in eggs one at a time then stir in corn syrup, water and vanilla
