Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 bag frozen chicken tenderloins
  • (Cooked and chopped)
  • 1 to 2 packs of taco seasoning
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 2 cans green enchilada sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients over low heat until cream cheese is melted.

Spray bottom of a baking dish with Pam. Put about 1 Tbsp or 2 of the chicken mixture into each tortilla. Roll them up and place them in the baking dish seam side down.

Pour 2 cans of green enchilada sauce over the top then sprinkle about 2 cups of shredded cheese any kind over the top of them.

Bake at 350 for about 25 mins.
