Ingredients
- Brisket
- large sliced onion
- Lowery's seasoning
- paprika
- 1 coke cola
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse brisket under tap water. Pat dry then rub generously with Lowery's Seasoning and paprika. cover bottom of baking pan with onions. Place brisket fat side up in pan on top of onions. Put in 450 oven for 30 mins.
Remove pot and lower heat to 325. Pour over brisket 10-12 oz of Coke. Put foil over pot tightly and bake for an additional hour. Remove and baste, cook for another hour. Baste several time during last hour.
