Ingredients
- 2 lbs. baby back ribs
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1/4 C low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 C. chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare sauce ingredients. Divide ribs so they fit into pressure cooker. Coat eachpiece thoroughly with the sauce. Place all ribs into the pressure cooker. Add the 1 cup of stock into the bottom of the pot. Close lid and press "Pork Ribs" function (30 min.). When cooking is complete, either use the quick or the natural release.
