Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pitted green olives
- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 4 mahi-mahi fillets (4 oz. each)
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1.Process olives, bread and lemon zest to a paste. Lay fish, skin side down, on a lined baking sheet; season. Top fish with paste. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes, then broil 2 minutes to crisp crust
