Ingredients
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 c. celery (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoon melted butter
- 1 c. plain vinegar
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 T honey
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Pickapeppa sauce
- 1/4 fresh lemon
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- Dash of Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Sautee celery and onions in butter and then add the other ingredients in the sautéed pan of celery and onions. Simmer over low heat.
Grill chicken breast brush the BBQ sauce over the chicken once the chicken is almost finished cooking.
Remove from the grill and cover in foil for 5 minutes before serving.
