Baked Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 4 (3 oz.) tilapia fillets
  • ½ t. salt
  • ¼ t. garlic powder
  • ¼ cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw tilapia as indicated on package. Season thawed tilapia with salt and garlic powder. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Coat tilapia fillets with bread crumb mixture and place on a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
