Sour Cherry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 2 T. cherry brandy or
  • 1/2 t. almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and reserved cherry juice (from cheesecake). Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in brandy. Cool.
