Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups Acini di pepe, uncooked
  • 1 20 oz ca pineapple chunks, in juice, reserve 1/4 cup juice
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding (3-4oz)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges (11 oz each), drained
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • May add maraschino cherries or sliced bananas

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta 11 min. and rinse with cold water; drain well.

In large bowl, beat reserved pineapple juice, milk, sugar and pudding for 2 min.

Gently stir in pasta and remaining ingredients, cover.

Refrigerate prior to serving.
