  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, press water out
  • 1 package Knorr's or Mrs. Grass' vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  • chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
