Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- 1 cup warm water (105-115 degrees)
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 500 degrees
In a large bowl, mix yeast, warm water and sugar together. Let 'proof' for about 5 minutes.
In Kitchenaide, add 1 cup of flour, salt and olive oil. Mix slowly. Add flour one cup at a time. May need more or less flour depending on humidity in the air. Dough will be slightly sticky but come clean off the sides of the bowl.
Let rise until doubled. Approximately 2 hours.
Roll out to desired shape. Top with your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake at 500 degrees for 10-13 minutes
