Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 squares of butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Second Layer:
- 1 8 oz cream cheese - softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 9 oz Cool Whip
- Third Layer:
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding
- 1 package chocolate instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
- Topping:
- 9 oz Cool Whip
- Grated Chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Crust:
Melt butter in a 9 X 13 pan. Add flour and nuts. Press in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Second Layer:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 9 oz of Cool Whip. After crust is cooled, spread cream cheese mixture over crust.
Third Layer:
Mix vanilla and chocolate pudding with milk, and spread over the cream cheese mixture.
Topping:
Spread 9 oz of Cool Whip over the pudding mixture, and sprinkle with the grated chocolate.
