Ingredients

  • Crust:

  • 2

    squares of butter

  • 2

    cups flour

  • 1

    cup chopped nuts

  • Second Layer:

  • 1

    8 oz cream cheese - softened

  • 1

    cup powdered sugar

  • 9

    oz Cool Whip

  • Third Layer:

  • 1

    package vanilla instant pudding

  • 1

    package chocolate instant pudding

  • 3

    cups milk

  • Topping:

  • 9

    oz Cool Whip

  • Grated Chocolate

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Crust: Melt butter in a 9 X 13 pan. Add flour and nuts. Press in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Second Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 9 oz of Cool Whip. After crust is cooled, spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Third Layer: Mix vanilla and chocolate pudding with milk, and spread over the cream cheese mixture. Topping: Spread 9 oz of Cool Whip over the pudding mixture, and sprinkle with the grated chocolate.
