Ramen Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 pkg. chicken or beef flavored Ramen noodles
  • 1 pkg. pre-packaged coleslaw
  • Slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 sm. pkg (aprox. 1/4 c) sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions (green or regular)
  • 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar,
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • ramen flavoring packet.

Preparation

Step 1

Break Ramen noodles into small pieces. Do not cook. Save the flavoring packet to put into salad dressing mix. Add coleslaw mix, toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, chopped onions to coleslaw mix. Mix dressing and put on salad just before serving.
