Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup corn oil
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 Tsp salt
- 2 Tsp dry mustard
- 4 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil and vinegar in broad shallow dish.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Put meat in marinade for several hours, preferably overnight. Turn meat from time to time. Marinade may be kept in sealed jar in fridge.
