Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 3 cup diced, cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dash of paprika

Step 1

Combine soup, milk and pepper.

In 1.5 quart casserole dish, layer potatoes, then ham, onion and sauce.

Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
