Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 1 Tbsp butter, divided
- 2 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dark corn syrup

Step 1
Line a 15 x 10 inch baking pan with foil; grease the foil with 1 Tbsp butter. In a heavy saucepan over medium high heat, melt remaining butter. Add brown sugar, condensed milk and corn syrup. Cook, stirring constantly until candy thermometer reads 250° (hard-ball stage). Pour into prepared pan. Do not scrape saucepan. Cool completely before cutting.
